ब्रत उधापन पूजा हिन्दू परम्परामा गरिएको धार्मिक उपवास वा व्रत समाप्त भएको समयमा हुने पूजा हो यसमा प्रार्थना, अर्घ्य, तथा पूजाक्रिया गरिन्छ र देवतालाई कृतज्ञता व्यक्त गर्ने, सफलतापूर्वक उपवास साम्हाल्न कोलागि आशीर्वाद माग्ने हुन्छ। यो पूजा उपवासको समापन गर्दछ र भक्तकोआध्यात्मिक अभ्यासमा समर्पणको प्रतिपादन गर्दछ।
